Shale Gas Wellhead Application

Due to the low production of shale gas wells, the large number of wellheads, and the layout of cluster wells, Fossett specializes in developing this type of wellhead safety control system, with a control pressure not exceeding 6000 psi. It adopts RTU fully automatic remote (or local) centralized control, facilitating centralized management of the wellhead, reducing gathering and transportation processes, and saving human, financial, and material inputs. The control object is generally only a ground safety valve (which can be an SSV, or an SSV and a WSV)

Power source: manual hydraulic pump, electric hydraulic pump, pneumatic hydraulic pump

Control objects: surface safety valves and underground safety valves, etc

Applicable working conditions: shale gas well mouth

Equipped with functions such as remote shutoff of ground safety valves, local shutoff of ground safety valves, automatic emergency shutdown of fusible plug fires, and automatic shutdown of process pipeline pressures that are too high or too low

The dustproof and waterproof grade can reach IP66;
